Dennis Payne, M.Sc.
Consulting/Collision Analysis & Accident Reconstruction/Instruction

Dennis Payne investigated motor vehicle collisions beginning in 1965 and served as a Sergeant with the Florida Highway Patrol. He earned a Master of Science degree in Biomechanical Trauma and worked as a private consultant in collision reconstruction from 1976 onward.
He instructed in numerous technical law enforcement and forensic disciplines, including Traffic Homicide Investigation, RADAR, Breathalyzer, Total Stations, Computer-Assisted Diagramming, FARO 3D Laser Scanning, and Digital Video Analysis.
